Halloween isn't just for kids!
Our friends Sara and Kenny had a kid friendly Halloween party at their house on Saturday evening. Everyone dressed up which made things very entertaining, especially the original costumes. Cameron wore my dad's old party flightsuit from the Air Force and I was the "Mile Hile Captain" flight attendant. Even Sheridan had a great time....showing us that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree because she wanted to stay up and be part of the party! Guess the partying gene is genetic afterall! ;)

Sunny Day

It was such a beautiful day on Sunday and I decided to take full advantage of it! While Cameron did yard work, Sheridan and I went on a long walk around the neighborhood. I still didn't want to be stuck inside when we got back so I brought the inside outside! Sheridan played on a blanket in the front yard and she loved crawling around in the grass!
Rebekah's 1st birthday party
Rebekah is Jeffrey and Leah's (our cousins) little girl and she turned one on October 23rd. Her birthday was on Saturday at the Belton Lake under the Pavilion. The weather was beautiful and perfect for an outdoor party. Rebekah had a GREAT time eating her cake and did not like it when it was taken away!

Our Little Aggie
We went over to Heath and Jamie's to watch our beloved Aggies play Texas Tech. We thought we had the game in the bag but there ended up being just enough time left on the clock for Tech to score again. :( Here our little Aggie cheers for our team. Although she did NOT like it when we whooped and cheered after A&M touchdowns! Apparently, we were too loud in her opinion.
Getting started
My dear friend Kelly shared with me the other night about her blog and how much she enjoys it. She insisted I start one for myself, so here I am trying....trying to figure this out! Stay tuned....
